Zamashandu M., Project Procurement Manager at ENGIE, joined the #Windaba Policy Exchange, exploring the policy levers shaping the importation of renewable energy components, alongside the tariffs and regulations that can impact financial close. The discussion also unpacked the connection to SAREM and how staged consignments can help balance import requirements with local content commitments.
